Today's menu is Soup of green salad and Pie meat Smile

.

The Soup of green salad is from the favorite one in our family :)from many reasons: it's light, healthy and so delicious, beside that it is so easy to be cooked!

As a desert, I'm thinking to some fresh cold water melon and lemonade Smile

Salam Alaykoum wa Rahmatu Allah wa Barakatoh!

The menu of today is Lentil soup, Molokheya soup, Eggplants vegetable stew and Bread with meat.

I chose 2 kinds of soup from two reasons: one is heavier and can be eaten just by pieces of bread in shape of cat ear (molokheya) and the other one is lighter, from a mix of vegetables which will make the digestion easy and without any inconveniences.
The eggplants stew is a perfect match to the Bread with meat Smile

, is light an easy :)and delicious in the same time.

As a desert, fresh cold grapes, apricot juice with ice!

Today's menu is fried cheese, vegetables minced balls, koftah and kebab all beside potatoes in the oven, tahina salad and mixed veggies salad (tomatoes, pepper, onion, cucumber, lemon).
And to go well with this food light soup of vegetables.

Desert - fruits: banana, pomegranate.

Today's menu: Rice and chicken, noodle soup (home made).

Desert: Goulash pudding, tea or fresh juice, fruits (bananas, guavas, pomegranate).
