   1 cup of red lentil
1 onion - cut into cubes
2 potatoes - peeled and cut
1 carrot - cut into cubes
2 tomatoes - cut into cubes
   5 cloves of garlic
   1 tablespoon of salt
   1 tablespoon of black pepper
   1 tablespoon of cumin
   1 tablespoon of paprika
   3 pieces of Maggie cubes

Wash the lentils, put them in a pot and boil until they tender.
Then add onion, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, salt, black pepper and Maggie.
Boil the ingredients again until all vegetables become soft.
Set aside until it cool down and blend it in the blender.
Separately in a pan put oil and a small onion cut into small pieces to fry. When the onion gets a brown color just put it over the soup.
Then, boil the mixture again, until it become hot and serve it.
You may serve the soup with crispy toast.
